3. Shirts are custom made to order please email us immediately if you made a mistake on your order. Once shirts go into production we can not make any changes, cancel orders or issue a refund. Refunds are only issued if upon delivery the shirt is damaged or if there is a problem with the print quality.
SHIPPING:
Each shirt is custom printed for each customer, so exchanges are not possible.
Allow 3-5 business days production time and 5 to 7 business days standard transit.
We do not stock any shirts in our main Connecticut location so we can not make any exchanges.

SHIRT CARE:
Wash all shirts inside out in COLD cycle to prevent shrinkage and always hang dry to preserve the sizing. Cotton can shrink 5 - 10% even when preshrunk.
