LoveTheBreed.com Return and Exchange Policy

At LoveTheBreed.com we appreciate your business and understand that sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item and as such we want to make it easy and convenient for you to do so. Return or exchange your items by mail.

Items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, not opened or unaltered and in resellable condition may be returned within 60 days from the date the product (s) is (are) shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full product cost refund (original shipping costs are not refundable) based on the original form of payment and payment amount.

NOTE: Items that are made per order (like shirts, mugs, phone cases, some blankets, watches, custom jewelry, face masks, etc.) are not refundable since they are made per order. However if you receive an item broken in the mail please contact us within 7 calendar days by email Click Here, for an exchange.

Due to health safety reasons all face mask sales are final, we can not accept any returns.


A 'change of mind' for personalized or custom printed products like apparel, mugs, tumblers, jewelry, etc. because we print on demand & do not hold stock. Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted for exchange of design or refund.

The items(s) are on SALE, CLOSEOUT or CLEARANCE
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
The item(s) are not in their original unopened packaging.
The item(s) are seasonal and we will no longer sell them.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail:

Returns sent via UPS or FedEx provide the fastest service with most orders arriving back to us within 2 to 5 business days and they allow you to track your return online.

Returns sent via US Postal Service – We recommend you use Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Most orders arrive back to us within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

We are not responsible for orders returned that we do not receive.

ALL returns must have tracking.

Return or exchange your items at your own expense.

Once we receive returned items please allow up to 10 business days for processing and refunds.

***ATTENTION*** PLEASE REMEMBER TO include a copy of your invoice and / or a note with your order number and reason for your return and what you would like us to do for you.
