I’m a size 6-8 (5’5” 127) and the small was perfect. I washed cold, dried low and there was no shrinkage as far as I could tell. The cell phone pocket is a nice plus.

I got these for Christmas. They are super cute and very comfortable. My complaint is that there is only one pocket. You automatically assume that everyone that wears this product is right handed, that was a big disappointment.
